Parcel delivery service 

  • The hey circle closed loop is simple and efficient: all packaging sent by an online retailer or company is returned directly to them - without any detours via hey circle. Exception: You decide that hey circle should take over the cleaning of the shipping packaging.

  • All parcel service providers such as DHL and Deutsche Post, DPD, GLS, Go! and Austrian Post transport hey circle boxes and bags for corporate customers. Provide your customers with a return label for this purpose.

  • The shipping bags S, M and L as well as the shipping box S can be folded small for returns and fit in the Deutsche Post letterbox.

Theft protection

Seals and stamps stop tampering. They work for both the multi-use envelope and the multi-use box. They stop people from opening and re-closing the packaging without being noticed.

Reuse and recycle

  • Can be reused at least 100 times (approx. 50 cycles)

  • Recycling in PP and PET after use

  • A hey circle Box L saves around 76% CO₂ and 94% waste compared to disposable boxes after 50 rounds. From the tenth consignment, the reusable box is CO2-beneficial.

  • A hey circle mailing bag M saves CO₂ and waste from the sixth consignment onwards, and 61% CO₂ and 95% waste compared to plastic mailing bags for 50 rounds.
